From our first on-site consultation to the final walkthrough, our process is built for consistency, exceptional quality, communication and exceptional craftsmanship. We start by understanding your space, goals, and budget. Then guide you through material selections and a detailed project plan. With transparent communication, expert execution, and daily updates, we ensure a smooth remodeling experience-so you can enjoy a space built just for you.

  • Meet in person that will be filled with gathering information, discussing ideas, measurements and information about the layout and design ideas.

  • Building out the first draft of the budget.

    Select finishes like faucets, wall colors, tile, etc. (in-home or selections)

    Confirm pricing and adjust budget if needed.

    Receive an estimate based on all the criteria listed above.

  • A formal estimate will be agreed upon and signed off on so work can be scheduled.

  • Once you have approved your project a deposit invoice will be sent. Once the payment is recieved the project officially begins production!

    We will order any materials necessary and make a detailed schedule according to the project. Ensuring that things will be done in proper order to ensure exceptional quality.

  • Daily logs will be uploaded to keep everyone in constant communication about the project.

    Whether your house/building is new or older, when we open up walls or make changes to the space, there is sometimes unforeseen things that will need to be addressed. If any unforeseen hiccups occur they will be immediately addressed and resolutions will be found.

  • We will end up doing a walk through and make sure we are making every detail exceptional!!

  • As we clear away and clean it the project space back to a fresh clean area we hope that you are able to enjoy your newly designed space.
